A focus on your well-being

Our staff’s well-being is our priority, which is why we have worked hard to develop a culture of staff engagement and feedback. Our Principal holds weekly briefings, as well as strategic reviews to keep our team informed about new developments in our College, and we have a robust WHS framework that is designed for staff and student safety.

We also offer financial and lifestyle support, including annual leave loading, salary packaging and on-site superannuation consultations. Permanent staff are reimbursed for their Blue Card, First Aid training and teacher accreditation and fees when undertaking additional study to further their career within our College.
